This workshop presents a series of demonstrations and proofs of concept across three distinct yet impactful areas: cybersecurity, sustainability in cloud/edge and serverless computing, and unmanned aerial systems (UAS). Attendees will experience firsthand the latest innovations in cybersecurity, designed to address contemporary threats and enhance system resilience. The session on cloud/edge will focus on sustainable practices and emerging technologies aimed at reducing the environmental impact while optimizing performance. In the UAS segment, participants will explore advancements in unmanned aerial technologies and their applications across various industries. By providing practical insights and interactive experiences, this workshop aims to showcase the forefront of each field, offering valuable knowledge and fostering discussions on future developments.
- Cybersecurity: applied cryptography, privacy, authentication, intrusion detection, threat hunting, AI/ML Ops and applied generative AI (GAI)
- Sustainable Cloud/Edge computing: resource and energy management, energy instrumentation and measurement
- Distributed and autonomous systems: Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), software-in-the-loop simulation and emulation systems
